1.Silence：Speak not but what make benefit others or yourself; aviod trifling conversation.（缄默：于人于己的话不谈，避免碎语闲言。）

2.Order: Let all your things have their places ; let each part of your business have its （秩序： 放东西各归其位，办事情各按其时。）

3：Resolution: Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without fail what you Resolve （决心：决心去做该做的事情，做就做到心想事成)

4: Frugality :Make no expense but to do good to others or yourself; waste nothing.(节俭：不花于己于人没有好处的闲钱，杜绝浪费)

5: Industry: Lose no time, be always employed in something useful, cut off all unnecessary.(勤奋：珍惜时光， 手里总忙有益之事， 剪除一切无谓之举)

6:Sincerity: Use no hartful deceit; think innocently and justly ;if you speak , speak accordingly.(诚信：不害人， 不欺诈， 思想坦荡， 公正， 说话实事求是。)

7:Tranquility: Be not disturbed at trifles, or at accidents common or unavoidable.(平静：不可为小事，常事，或难免之事搅乱了分寸)
