一、定义

不定代词即表示不确定的人或事物的代词。主要是由some,any,no,every构成的复合不定代词。

1. 指物的复合不定代词，其后都加 -thing

某件事 something

任何事 anything

每件事；一切 everything

没有什么事 nothing

2. 指人的复合不定代词，其后加-body/-one

某人 somebody/ someone

任何人 anybody/ anyone

所有人；每人 everybody/ everyone

没有人 nobody/ no one

3. 既可指人，也可指物的不定代词：none

二、nothing， no one， none 的区别

nothing指“没有什么东西，没什么事”常用于回答what问句

none用于指数量上一个人或一件东西都没有，常用于回答 how much / many 问句，常用搭配：none of ＋ 名词(复数)/代词。

no one指“没有人”，等于nobody，对no one提问用who

三、复合不定代词的用法

1. 当复合不定代词做主语时，谓语动词通常用单数

2. 当形容词或动词不定式修饰不定代词时，应位于不定代词后

如：一些有趣的事 something interesting

任何吃的东西 anything to eat

3. some-类的复合不定代词用于肯定句中，any-类复合不定代词用于否定句或疑问句中，但在表示请求、建议、反问等的疑问句中，或希望得到肯定回答时，常用some-类不定代词。

如：Would you like something to drink?

Do you want someone / somebody to help you?

4. anything/anybody/anyone也可用于肯定句，表示“任何物或任何人”。
